SpID has chosen Momento to build a prototype product based on SpID's Moulin Rouge platform. The prototype will offer remote control of Moulin Rouge's PVR via mobile phone and an experimental service of purchasing and downloading media contents using Moulin Rouge and a mobile phone.
Using Momento, Bluendo has built a service that will receive PVR commands sent by the user by mean of his mobile phone.
The media purchase service will allow the user to subscribe to a news feed by which the user will receive notifications of new content available and let the user simulate a purchase of the content. The content will be then downloaded by the BitTorrent client onboard the Moulin Rouge.
The protoype will be shown at IBC 2007.
